Cut up two large onions into 1/2 inch pieces .
In a saucepan cook / fry onion in a little water then add 3 tablespoons
brown sugar until caramelized.
Add in approx. 3/4 cup of chopped walnuts
Separately cook (steam) 1 bag of dry leaf spinach , drain.
Mix onions , walnuts , into the cooked spinach then add seasoning.
For cream sauce , lightly cook 2 cups of cream or milk,
add a tbsp or two of flour to thicken , then some grated cheese.
Pour cream sauce over spinach , onions and walnuts . Heat.
Cook 1 lb. of your favorite pasta , strain , add a little olive oil,
Immediately serve, putting pasta onto a plate then adding
the spinach/walnut cream mix over the top.
