(Serves 4)
Bake: 2 hours at 350 Fahrenheit
INGREDIENTS
2 whole chicken breasts, split and skinned
1 ½ cups red wine
1 package onion soup mix
1 beef boullion cube
Place chicken in a 2-quart casserole. Add remaining ingredients.
Cover. Bake for 2 hours in a 350 degrees oven. Serve with rice or
riced potatoes.
