INGREDIENTS
2 cans sweet condensed milk each filled twice with whole milk
3 tablespoons cream cheese
6 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sugar
Melt sugar in pan on very low flame. Be sure not to burn.
Pour in flan or bundt pan covering most of the inside. Let cool.
Blend other ingredients half at a time, in a blender.
Add liquid mixture and place in a pan of water about 2”.
Bake 350 for about 1 to 1 1/2 hour until top is light golden.
Let FULLY cool before gently inserting a knife around edges to
loosen.
Fill basin or large bowl with VERY hot water and rest pan in it until
edges show that they are somewhat loosened.
Place large plate over flan and flip! Flan should come out with
melted sugar on top.
