Key Lime Pie

3 egg yolks
14 ounce can of sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup fresh squeezed Key Lime juice OR 1/2 cup Nellie &
Joe’s Key Lime Juice
1/4 teaspoon Key Lime zest (if available)
9 inch graham cracker pie crust
whipped cream
Combine sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, and Key Lime juice
Mix until smooth
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes
Let cool for 15 minutes before refrigerating
Top with fresh whipped cream right before serving
