Grilled Swordfish or Salmon with Mango Red Onion Salsa

1- 6 oz swordfish steak or salmon filet per person
Brush with olive oil and season to taste: salt and pepper or blackening
Grill 3-5 minutes per side
Serve with Mango Red Onion Salsa:
1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped fine
1 medium red onion, peeled and minced
2 dashes Vietnamese chili sauce (or to taste)
1 cup cucumber, seeded and diced
1 teaspoon Asian fish sauce (nom pla)
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced fine
3 tablespoons lime juice (1 ½ limes)
salt and pepper to taste
Stir and refrigerate
