Hall’s Bluff Iced Tea

Makes one gallon
Iced tea and Beach Plum Jelly are the two flavors of summer that
remind me of visiting my grandparents cottage on Cape Cod.
There was always a pitcher of tea in the refrigerator and this is a
recipe passed down from my grandmother. Try adding slices of
oranges or lemon for additional flavor.
INGREDIENTS
11 Black Tea bags (Red Rose is very good for this recipe)
1 small can of frozen lemonade concentrate
or 6-8 Tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
2-6 Sprigs of fresh mint (add the mint to your taste!)
8 Tablespoons of sugar (omit the sugar if you prefer a tart taste)
Put all ingredients into a heat proof one gallon sized pitcher, add
boiling water and let steep for 10 minutes. Remove teabags. Refrigerate.
