Crazy Raisin Tea Biscuits

Preheat oven at 375 F (190 C)
Line baking sheet with parchment paper
INGREDIENTS
2/3 cup raisins (soak in hot water for 10 minutes)
½ tsp salt
1 egg
¾ cup butter
1 tbsp water
Combine all ingredients
CREATE DOUGH AND TURN INTO LIGHTLY
3 1/4 cups flour
1 tbsp baking powder
3 tbsp sugar
FLOURED SURFACE
Roll to 1 inch thick.
Place cut biscuits on baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes.
