Student print entries and completed Excel sheet are due from all schools. I’ll send you a link to a Dropbox folder where you can upload your files. If that’s difficult, then you can send your submission on a CD or thumb drive to my home address: Nancy Diessner, 37 Wayside Inn Rd, Framingham, MA 01701
October 10-15, 2017
I’ll send results of the jurying to all of you. I’ll also send guidelines for preparing your students’ work for the exhibition. Remember that the work needs to be framed following the same guidelines as the Biennial.
NOTE NEW DATE–DROP OFF DATE for accepted student work: January 6, 10am – 2pm.Snow date is January 13, 10am – 2pm.
The VanDernoot Gallery asked that the student work be delivered earlier than originally planned.
Anyone who has trouble with this change in date can drop off their student work at my studio in Framingham before January 6 and I’ll transport it to the gallery. Email me for details.
ARCHES and BIENNIAL OPENING: January 27, 2018 Saturday 2 – 5pm
PICK UP DATE: March 6, Tuesday. 10am – noon.
This is not an ideal pick-up time since it is a weekday, but there is a tight turn-around schedule for the gallery. If any of you cannot make it to the gallery for the pick-up date, I’ll gladly bring your students’ work back to my studio in Framingham where you can pick it up at a more convenient time for you. You just need to let me know.
