PHOTO GALLERY OF THE STUDENT SHOW

The Boston Printmakers is pleased to announce the 10th biennial show of The Boston Printmakers Student Print Exhibition opening January 27, 2018, at the VanDernoot Gallery at Lesley University College of Art and Design. The show is generously ponsored by Gamblin Artists Colors, Speedball, and The Boston Printmakers.

The Boston Printmakers Student Print Exhibition is a very competitive, juried show of approximately 80 student prints from 12 colleges and universities in New England. The show runs in tandem with The Boston Printmakers’ Biennial, providing students with a large, professional venue and context in which to show their work that is significantly different from a typical student group show.

The application process, the rigorous jurying, and the ultimate show itself give students valuable experience in preparing and exhibiting their work in a public, professional environment. The exhibition, in turn, exposes the Boston community to the significant quality and broad range of student printmaking work being done in New England colleges and universities.
