(Recipe originally from my friend, Heidi Lawrence)
2 avocados, chopped or smashed
1 tomato, chopped
1/3 red onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil (or a little less)
chili powder, salt, pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients in bowl and serve with tortilla chips or Fritos.
