Chop chicken into chunks—marinate in rice wine, soy sauce, and
vinegar for 30 minutes. Chop onions, mushrooms and cabbage
Put sesame oil in frying pan or wok and stir fry onions and ginger.
Add chicken stir fry 5-10 minutes. Stir in ½-1 cup water + 2 tablespoons
of rice wine, add mushroom and cabbage. Cover and turn
down heat a bit. When water boils turn off heat add cilantro. Cover,
steep 1-3 minutes. Eat.
