BOSTON PRINTMAKERS: INVITATION TO THE 2010 ANNUAL MEETING & REVIEW OF BYLAWS

April 22, 2010

Dear Boston Printmaker Member,

The 2010 Annual Meeting of The Boston Printmakers will take place Saturday, May 15th. We will meet at the home and studio of Liz Shepherd, 88 Garden Street, Cambridge, MA.
We have included the bylaws for our membership to review. We have made some changes to the language and categories around Membership and we hope you will take note of them and make your voices heard on these matters as well as participate/nominate as the new categories form or expand in the coming years.

The Annual Meeting gathering will be from 12:00 until 3:00pm and will include a brunch from 12:00 until 1:00, then a brief business meeting from 1 to 1:30. We will conclude the business meeting with dessert and coffee, followed by an informal print viewing. Our portfolio viewing has quickly turned into the highlight of the annual meeting. So please do bring some of your recent work to share with other members.

We look forward to seeing you on the May 15th and encourage new members and out-of-towners to come. We promise delicious food, great art and an interesting time.

So that we will be ready for everyone, please RSVP by May 12th if you will attend. Also, let us know if you are bringing your work. You can RSVP by telephone to 508-344-7964 (leave your name in the message) or by e-mail: mcote@framingham.edu.

Yours sincerely,
Marc Cote, President
The Boston Printmakers Executive Board
